Can I exchange my item for another?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly assist you in exchanging your item for another. Further details can be found here

How do I track my order?

After you have placed your order, we will create a shipping label. You will receive a confirmation email complete with tracking information. As the package moves along its journey, the tracking information will update each time the label is scanned. We also have a tracking page here.
