Warranty

All of our products come with a full one (1) year limited warranty from the purchase date. Admittedly, defects to escape from time to time and if you do receive a defective item please contact us at thomasmackayco@gmail.com  or through our contact form. 

The warranty insures the item against all defects in construction, workmanship, material or damage during shipping. However, this warranty is void if defects are cause from outside of intended use, normal wear and tear or neglect. 

Additionally, the warranty does not cover damage to your property as a result of the use of any THOMAS MacKAY product. THOMAS MacKAY Los Angeles will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of any THOMAS MacKAY product. The THOMAS MacKAY Limited Warranty does not, in any situation, cover the repair or replacement of property.

In the event you need to file a warranty, please contact thomasmackayco@gmail.com within 30 days of the item(s) arriving. Please include the following information:  

• Your order number
• Which item is damaged
• A description of the problem
• Photographic evidence
• Please use the subject "WARRANTY CLAIM - Order Number: XXXXXXXX" in the subject line.
